Environmental InvestigationsEcosystems Strategies, Inc. (ESI) conducts a broad range of environmental investigations to provide the Client with an accurate and comprehensive definition of on-site environmental conditions. ESI personnel utilize a combination of the technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and experience to characterize the extent of soil, water and/or air contamination. Investigative services range from simple, non-instrusive screenings Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs), to more focused Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (Phase II ESAs) and narrowly defined investigations (e.g., Tank Closure Site Assessments (TCSAs) through to more complex Remedial Investigations / Feasibility Studies). All investigations strictly adhere to requirements set forth by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), as well as by federal and state agency procedures and/or directives. |

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments A Phase II ESA as performed by ESI is a detailed evlauation of identified or potential recognized environmental conditions (RECs). Phase II ESAs rely on thoughful Workplans for soil, air, and/or groundwater testing, careful sampling, and technically competent analysis of the resulting data. The end result of ESI's Phase II is a comprehensive assessment of on-site environmental conditions and an accurate estimation of necesary response costs. - ESI conducts a broad range of Phase II ESAs, including:
