Vapor Intrusion

ESI conducts vapor intrusion and migration studies in strict compliance with USEPA and NYSDOH guidelines and protocols. ESI has experience in the design and installation of vapor extraction systems for active remediation of both chlorinated and aromatic hydrocarbon contamination as well as the design and installation of subslab depressurization systems for removal of opportunistic contaminants. ESI’s experience in this field includes several Sites currently listed on the USEPA National Priority List, the NYSDEC Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Sites, and sites in the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program.
